Sirva-me um trago - Give me a drink

Sirva-me um trago!
Sirva-me um trago!

Me dê mais um trago! Não importa o quanto amargue.
Não ligo que me fira.  As feridas ferem caladas,
Sirva-me um trago.

Sirva-me um trago!
Incautos. Me dê mais um trago!
Me dê aquele trago! O trago que os bêbados demoram
A beber, só mais um trago! O trago da despedida.

Sirva-me o último trago! O trago da lua.
A lua que passou a noite inteira calada assistindo a
Minha bebedeira. Me dê o trago para saudar o sol!
Mulher branca.

Sirva-me o meu último trago!
Aqui para beber, me dê o meu trago!
Sirva-me um trago! Só mais um trago! O último antes do
Meu adormecer.  Sirva-me um trago!
Sirva-me um Trago.

Give me a drink

Give me a drink!
Never mind if it bitter.
May it bitter till to dry my body, till my spirit
Wince in disgust. Give me a drink!

Give me one more drink! No matter how it
Bitter. I don´t care if it hurt me. The wounds
Hurt silently, it bites my flesh. The wounds
Eat my flesh when it has nothing else to eat.
Please! Give me a drink.

Pour me a drink!
No matter if my eyes will weep, even it is a
Coward way to expel the truths, truths
Which my lips have not the courage to tell.
Please, give me one more drink!

Pour me a drink!
As long as I have not to leave now, never
Mind if it will be the last one. The cold
Weather is lurking out there, willing to
Undress the unwary drunks.
Give me another drink!

Give me a drink! The one that the drunkards
Take a little longer to drink, the farewell one.
Give me the last drink! The moon one.
The moon that has passed over night
Watching me to drinking. Give me a drink to
Greet the sun! The sun that brightens the
Dawn making it seem like a white woman.

Give me my last drink!
May it bitter! May it bitter till to dry my body.
May it bitter until I forget the wounds witch
Brought me here to drink, give me my gulp!
Pour me a drink! Just another gulp! The last
One before I fall sleep. Give me a drink!
Give me a drink.

O “daqui a pouco”.
