Confesso que não sei nada sobre o tema que aqui abordo - “A Loucura”. Na realidade o meu conhecimento sobre este tema é zero. No entanto, filosofando sobre os eventos que se deram ao meu redor no decorrer da minha vida aprendi o seguinte.
Não há nada de anormal no comportamento das pessoas apontadas como “loucas, dementes, malucas”.
Observando atentamente o comportamento dessas pessoas concluí que o que se dá com elas é o fato de seus corpos, haverem vindo para a mesma dimensão das pessoas ditas “normais” enquanto os seus espíritos foram para outra dimensão diferente desta.
Atentem, as pessoas ditas “normais” não tem a capacidade e nem a sensibilidade necessária para verem e sentirem o que as pessoas ditas “loucas” veem e sentem. Da mesma forma que as pessoas ditas “loucas”, na maior parte do seu tempo, não vivem, não percebem o universo das pessoas ditas “normais”.
Reforço aqui que somente o corpo das pessoas ditas “loucas” se encontra neste universo. Os espíritos dessas pessoas vivem em um universo completamente diferente. Enquanto não houver este entendimento, esta compreensão por parte dos especialistas desta área, não haverá tratamento eficiente para este tipo de enfermidade.
Faz-se necessário que os doutores compreendam e aceitem a realidade de que somente o físico dessas pessoas se encontram aqui em nosso meio, em nosso mundo. Este fato por si só explica o porquê de essas pessoas pouco se importarem se estão vestidas ou nuas, se estão limpas ou sujas.
Essas pessoas, na maior parte do seu tempo, não tem noção de que seu físico se encontra neste universo, no universo das pessoas ditas “normais”. Elas não se relacionam com este universo.
Essas pessoas pouco se importam se dormem em casa ou ao relento, elas parecem não se importarem com o frio, com a dor ou a fome e tudo isto se dá porque somente os seus corpos estão aqui, no universo dos ditos “normais”.
No que concerne às violências praticadas pelas pessoas ditas “loucas”, tudo se dá exclusivamente porque as pessoas ditas “normais” não compreenderem e, consequentemente, não aceitarem e nem respeitarem a realidade das pessoas ditas "loucas”. Desrespeitados em suas privacidades, assim como qualquer ser vivo, os ditos “loucos” reagem e, dependendo da situação reagem com violência.
O universo onde o espírito de uma pessoa dita “louca” vive é completamente diferente do universo das pessoas ditas “normais”. Os ditos “loucos” interagem com as pessoas que vivem em seu universo e não com as pessoas do universo dos ditos “normais”. Além do que os doutores desta área, salvo raras exceções, não têm a mínima noção de como seja o universo onde os seus pacientes vivem, e nem com quem se relacionam. Daí eu questiono:
Como tratar o físico sem conhecer o espírito?
Como tratar o espírito sem crer na espiritualidade?
Ressalto que quando um dito “louco” conversa sozinho na realidade ele está conversando, interagindo com alguém do seu universo. Alguém que os ditos “normais”, por não pertencerem ao seu universo, não tem a capacidade de ver.
Normalmente, quando uma pessoa dita “normal” presencia uma pessoa dita “louca” falando sozinha, zomba, sorri e/ou até bulina com essa, atrapalhando a sua interação com o seu mundo, gerando assim a sua irritação e, até mesmo, a sua violência. Quem não se irrita quando interrompido no meio de uma conversa, um debate ou uma negociação? É preciso que as pessoas ditas “loucas” sejam respeitadas em sua privacidade.
Faz-se necessário explicar para os familiares, bem como para a sociedade de forma geral, que mesmo estando fisicamente no mesmo ambiente dos ditos “normais”, os ditos "loucos'', espiritualmente falando, vivem em outra realidade.
É preciso que a sociedade entenda que quando o dito “louco” conversa sozinho, quando ele gesticula, grita e fica nervoso ele não está tendo crise alguma, nessas ocasiões ele está simplesmente interagindo com pessoas que compartilham do mesmo universo que ele. Um universo do qual os ditos “normais” não compartilham. É necessário a compreensão de que somente o corpo da pessoa dita "louca'' está aqui neste universo, enquanto o seu cerne, o seu espírito vive numa outra dimensão. Uma dimensão onde ela interage e se relaciona com os viventes de lá.
Diante dos fatos acima entendo ser prudente aceitar não ser possível tratar a “loucura” como uma enfermidade fisicamente. Acredito ser impossível obter bons resultados tratando o físico, quando a “loucura” é uma enfermidade espiritual.
Concluo afirmando que os "loucos'', como apontados pelos doutores e especialistas, não existem. Ouso a afirmar que enquanto não houver, por parte dos estudiosos, o entendimento de que as pessoas por eles classificadas como “loucas” são apenas pessoas cujo os corpos nasceram nesta dimensão enquanto seus espíritos nasceram em dimensão diferente, todo e qualquer tratamento físico fracassará.
Conclusão
Em minha percepção não há como tratar de forma eficiente pessoas com problemas espirituais senão por meio de tratamento espiritual.

b - Como proceder o tratamento adequado?
c - Como pôr em prática o referido procedimento?
Bem, tudo começa com a aceitação, por parte dos profissionais da área, da existência do mundo espiritual. Superada a fase de aceitação do mundo espiritual, que é de extrema importância, o especialista tem que buscar a sua evolução espiritual de forma a se habilitar a navegar com segurança nesse universo.
Observo no entanto que o mundo espiritual, diferente do mundo material, não admite dúvidas ou incertezas. No universo espiritual, acredita e aceita de fato ou está fora. Nesse universo não há espaço para dúvidas.
Uma vez capacitado para a imersão no universo espiritual, o profissional estará habilitado para ir ao encontro do seu paciente onde quer que ele esteja e lá, no ambiente onde o paciente se encontra, o profissional empregará o método que lhe parecer mais apropriado no sentido de convencê-lo a aceitar a reencontrar o seu corpo e assim solucionar o problema que gera desconforto tanto para o paciente quanto para todos à sua volta.
Alerto aos interessados nesse assunto que todo este processo não pode ser confundido com uma aventura. Lembro, não iniciar uma viagem sem a certeza de crer no que faz. O universo espiritual é infinitamente mais complexo e sensível que o universo material.

I confess to you that I don't have any knowledgement about the topic I'm talking here - “ The madness”. In the reality my knowledge on this subject is zero. However, philosophizing about the events that took place around me in the course of my life, I learned the following.
By observing attentively the behavior of these people, I concluded that what happens to them is the fact that their bodies, have come to the same dimension of the so-called “normal” people, while their spirits went to another dimension, a different place from here.
Pay attention, the so-called “normal” people do not have the capacity or the necessary sensitivity to see and feel what the so-called “crazy” people see and feel. In the same way that the so-called “crazy” people, most of their time, do not live, they do not perceive the universe of the so-called “normal” people.
I reinforce here that only the body of the people called “crazy” is found here in ours universe. The spirits of these people live in a completely different dimension. As long as there is not this understanding, this understanding on the part of specialists in this area, there will be no efficient treatment for this type of illness.
It is necessary for doctors to understand and accept the reality that only the physique of these people is found here in our midst, in our world. This fact alone explains why these people care little whether they are dressed or naked, whether they are clean or dirty.
These people, most of their time, have no idea that their physique is in this universe, in the universe of so-called “normal” people. They do not relate to this universe.
These people don't care if they sleep at home or on the streets, they don't seem to care about the cold, the pain or the hunger and all this happens because only their bodies are here, in the universe of the so-called “normal”.
On the regard to the violence practiced by the so-called "crazy" people, everything happens exclusively because the so-called "normal" people do not understand them and, consequently, do not accept or respect the reality of the so-called "crazy" people. Like any living being, the so-called “crazy” react and, depending on the situation, react with violence.
The universe where the spirit of a so-called “crazy” person lives is completely different from the universe of so-called “normal” people. The so-called “crazy” interact with people who live in their universe and not with people from the universe of the so-called “normal”. In addition, doctors in this area, with few exceptions, have no idea what the universe in which their patients live is like, nor who they interact with. Them I do ask:
How to treat the physical without knowing the spirit?
How to treat the spirit without believing in spirituality?
I emphasize that when a so-called “crazy” talks to himself, in the reality he is actually talking, interacting with someone from his universe. Someone that the so-called “normal” person can not see, because they do not belong to their universe, do not have the ability to see.
It is necessary to explain to family members, as well as to the society in general, that even though they are physically in the same environment as the so-called “normal”, the so-called “crazy”, spiritually speaking, live in another reality.
The society needs to understand that when the so-called “crazy” talks to himself, when he gestures, shouts and gets nervous he is not having any crisis, on these occasions he is simply interacting with people who share the same universe as him. A universe that the so-called “normal” people do not share. It is necessary to understand that only the body of the so-called "crazy" person is here in this universe, while his core, his spirit lives in another dimension, a dimension where he interacts and relates to the living there.
In view of the facts above, I believe it is prudent to accept that it is not possible to treat “madness” as a physical illness. I believe it is impossible to obtain good results treating the physical, when the “madness” is a spiritual illness.
I conclude by stating that "crazy people", as pointed out by doctors and specialists, do not exist. I dare to say that while scholars do not understand that people classified by them as "crazy" are just people whose bodies were born in this dimension while their spirits were born in a different dimension, any and all physical treatments will fail.
Conclusion
In my perception there is no way to efficiently treat people with spiritual problems if not through spiritual treatment.

Well, it must starts with the acceptance, by professionals in the field, of the existence of the spiritual world. After overcoming the phase of acceptance of the spiritual world, which is extremely important, the specialist has to seek his spiritual evolution in order to be able to navigate safely in this universe.
However, I observe that the spiritual world, unlike the material world, does not admit doubts or uncertainties. In the spiritual universe, you actually believe and accept or are out. In this universe there is no room for doubt.
Once qualified for immersion in the spiritual universe, the professional will be able to meet his patient wherever he is and there, in the environment where the patient is, the professional will use the method that seems most appropriate in the sense of convince him to accept to search for his body and this must solve the problem that generates discomfort for both, the patient and for everyone around him.
I warn those interested in this subject that this whole process cannot be confused with an adventure. I remind you, do not to start a journey without the certainty of believing in what you are doing. The spiritual universe is infinitely more complex and sensitive than the material universe.
