A chuva
Caindo no topo das montanhas, as árvores sopradas
Pelo vento, as folhas caindo preguiçosamente e o
Amor esperando ter solicitada a sua presença,
Enquanto ama
Hora da despedida e o sorriso sorrindo a
Felicidade do reencontro, e a vida.

The nature rests
For one’s neighbor, and the tenderness of true friendship.
A kind word, music that touches the heart,
A kiss, a hug, and a handshake. Expressions
Of love, a desire for peace, and the pursuit of happiness.
The gentle breeze, the fading afternoon, and
Dusk embracing what remains of the day. The rain
Falling on the mountain peaks, the trees swaying
In the wind, the leaves falling lazily, and
Love waiting to have its presence requested,
While loving in secret. The sad silence at
The hour of farewell and the smile beaming with
The joy of reunion—and life.
The trail, winding among the rocks, runs
Toward the sun, and the half-sleepy sun at the end of the
Afternoon lies down behind the hills. The moon, beautiful as
A bride, arrives, emerges discreetly in the sky, and with
The silvery glow of its gaze adorns the night.
The birds’ song provides the counterpoint to the song
Of life’s charms that rest in nature.
