Pressupôs inverdades,
Descarta-se a presunção como
Hipótese evitável e tome o
Pressupus como pressuposto e
Lavre os autos antevendo as
Presunções que condenam os
Inocentes.
Pressupondo porem que; sendo a
Presunção do pressuposto cabível,
A presunção deixa de constar
Dos autos e passa a alçada do
Pressuposto e em esfera superior
Age como pressuposição e, como
Tal, atear-se-á ao que pressupôs
O pressuposto.
Resumindo: Pressupondo que o
Pressuposto ao pressupor que a
Pressuposição antevê o que a
Presunção desconhece, fica
Evidenciado que a presunção
Acusa sem provas e, assim sendo,
O pressuposto pode pressupor
Que ela age de má fé e acusa-la
Por falso testemunho e daí
Leva-la às barras dos tribunais
Sob a acusação, ainda que
Descabida, de pressupor, sem
Provas, que as presunções são
Todas infundadas até que o
Pressuposto prove o contrário.

Assuming, however, that; the
Presumption of the assumption being applicable,
The presumption ceases to appear
In the records and passes to the jurisdiction of the
Assumption and in a higher sphere
It acts as an assumption and, as such,
It will adhere to what it presupposed
The assumption.
In summary: Assuming that the
Assumption, by assuming that the
Assumption anticipates what the
Presumption does not know, it becomes
evident that the presumption
Accuses without proof and, therefore,
The assumption can assume
That she acts in bad faith and accuse her
Of perjury and thus
Take her to court
Under the accusation, even if
Unfounded, of assuming, without
Proof, that the presumptions are
All unfounded until the
Assumption proves otherwise.
