Como tudo na vida, passou.
Passou, desceu a rua, dobrou à primeira
esquina, sumiu.
Não disse para onde ia, aqui não ficou,
foi!
Foi para algum dia imerso futuro ou,
talvez, para algum tempo esquecido no
passado.
O fato é, que se foi, aqui não ficou.
Foi e deixou
muitas lágrimas molhando
as minhas noites de angústia.
Passou!
Não quis ficar comigo, e nem ficou com
ninguém.
Foi e deixou a tortura da falta de nexo,
deixou tortura do silêncio vomitando a
sua indignação em meu colo.
Passou!
Foi para onde o esquecimento se recusa
a ir, foi mas permanece em meu
consciente cobrando o que nunca
prometi.
Partiu como alegria, e permanece em
mim como agonia.
Passou!
Acabou!
Passou!
Passou como tudo nesta vida passa.

Has passed
Has passed
It happened!
Like everything in life, it passed.
It has passed, went down the street, turned
at the first corner, disappeared.
It didn't say where was going, It didn't stay
here, it was!
Was it for some future day or,
perhaps, for some time forgotten in the
past.
The fact is, if it was gone, it didn't stay here.
Went and left many tears wetting
my nights of anguish.
It happened!
It didn't want to stay with me, and it didn't
stay with nobody.
It went and left the torture of lack of
connection, left the torture of silence
vomiting your indignation in my lap.
It happened!
Went to where oblivion refuses to go,
went but remains in my conscious charging
what never I have promised.
Departed as joy, and remains in me like agony.
It happened!
It finished!
It ended like the end of a story, like a novel that
I did stop to read without knowing its ending.
It's like something took root in me.
Ite was!
It left for a time that I lived, without me be
aware of having lived it.
Maybe it went to a day that it hasn't arrived for
me yet.
It went and took with him what I believed to be
happiness, and left with me the nightmare of
its absence.
It happened!
It passed like everything in this life passes.
