E o tempo que não se cansa de correr,
ele corre, corre e me leva com junto
com ele.
O vento me arrasta para onde penso
ser o fim "tudo" e, chegando lá,
descubro que o "tudo“ não existe.
E o tempo, abraçado ao vento"
adormecem sob a luz da lua que me
olha de soslaio, sabendo que a
observo, que observo a hora em que
ela vai dormir.
O vento sopra e traz consigo o frio
que me faz triste, desejoso de ver o
sol.
O tempo passa correndo por mim
como que se escondendo, como se
estivesse com medo do meu olhar.
Estou preso ao vento, esquecido
pelo tempo que se recusa a me
envelhecer.
Estou lambendo as feridas que o
ventou me feriu com o seu
soprar violento.
E então a chuva.
A chuva que o tempo me trouxe,
a chuva que os meu olhos choram
ao olharem o meu corpo enrugado,
cascudo com tudo que o vento
sopra.
É o vento, o tempo seco do inverno
que faz da vida alheia um inferno.
São as pessoas que me encontram e
compartilham comigo um tempo que
eu nunca quiz com elas compartilhar.
Então o tempo me bate, me obriga a
falar com gente que nunca vi, me
convence a lhes dizer coisas que
nunca me foram ditas.
Sou eu, somos nos vivendo um
tempo diferente do tempo que
gostaríamos de viver.
O tempo morre e me leva junto com
ele para a sua sepultura.
Em sua seputura, o vento me
transforma em um evento que ele
um dia lhe contarà.

Time flies
And time, which never tires of running,
runs and runs, taking me along
with it.
The wind drags me to where I think
is the end of “everything,” and, once there,
I discover that “everything” doesn’t exist.
And time, embraced by the wind,
falls asleep under the moonlight that
glances at me sideways, knowing that I
am watching it, that I am watching the hour when
it goes to sleep.
The wind blows and brings with it the cold
that makes me sad, longing to see the
sun.
Time rushes past me
as if hiding, as if
it were afraid of my gaze.
I am bound to the wind, forgotten
by time, which refuses to let me
grow old.
I’m licking the wounds that the
wind has inflicted on me with its
violent gusts.
And then the rain.
The rain that time has brought me,
the rain that my eyes weep
as they gaze upon my wrinkled body,
battered by everything the wind
blows.
It’s the wind, the dry winter air
that makes other people’s lives a living hell.
It’s the people who find me and
share with me a time that
I never wanted to share with them.
Then time hits me, forces me to
talk to people I’ve never seen,
convinces me to tell them things that
were never said to me.
It’s me—it’s us—living a
time different from the time we
would like to live.
Time dies and takes me along with
it to its grave.
In its grave, the wind
transforms me into an event that it
will one day tell you about.
